MR Homes is the residential development division of MR Properties, a real estate development company with offices in Washington, D.C., and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The company is led by principals Kevin Riegler and Eric May, with Gaby Riegler serving as Development Manager and overseeing the planning and execution of projects throughout Steamboat Springs.

Together, the team brings decades of experience delivering thoughtfully designed residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and adaptive reuse projects across the country. Their portfolio includes communities such as Blackbird, Hotel Heron, and Madison House, as well as a growing collection of residential developments in Steamboat Springs.
