MR Homes is a division of MR Properties, a real estate development company based in Washington, D.C. and Steamboat Springs. Principals Kevin and Gaby Riegler live and work here, running the Steamboat Springs operation, while partner Eric May manages the East Coast operation.

Their combined portfolio includes successful developments, such as Blackbird DC, Madison House, and Hotel Heron, a track record that informs their approach to development here in Steamboat. The Riegler’s local presence shapes how the company operates and what it chooses to build. These are not projects conceived from a distance. They are the work of people who are part of the community they're building in.
